I wish to all the Heavens and Earth that this pitiful government (US) would stop being "REACTIVE" sheep and become "PROACTIVE" wolves.
STOP this bullshit policy changing when you receive new information. We have how many bullshit committees' in Washington who sit around all day adjusting themselves and deciding what the lunch menu is going to be tomorrow. I heard on the news the other day that some guy is trying to make a law where pets can be allowed in outside cafes. WTF...
How bloody hard is it to put 10 or 20 people in a room to brainstorm, discuss, debate, and then set some logical guidelines with most or all major situations covered????
THE US NEEDS A SERIOUS BITCH-SLAP TO WAKE THE FUCK UP....'cuz it seems to me that 9/11 wasn't it.
STOP looking for Stains on dresses!!!
Geez, I want to be able to take my fucking chap stick on a plane.
P.S. Media: You're NO help (T.M.I. Fuckers)....They always find another way. Hell, I can think of 3. I'm sure it would be a lot easier with 20 people on the case.

Extremely upset, my mother called me asking, “Where the HELL is the news coverage?" My mother now lives in England and she wasn't seeing or hearing any information. I told my mother that I had barely even heard about Mrs. King’s death on the news. I have been BITCHING and MOANING about THE MEDIA for so long. I’m tried of bitching at the moment. This should speak for itself:
ATTENTION ATTENTION: Your news has already been bought and paid for.
HEADLINE NEWS
CNN REPORTS: ”Bush to Aim Speech at ‘Kitchen Table’ Issues”
BBC REPORTS: “Iran Issues Inspections Warning”
ABC NEWS REPORTS: “State of the Union Speech”
NBC NEWS REPORTS: “State of the Union”
CBS NEWS REPORTS: “Bush Seeking New Energy”
FOX NEWS REPORTS (FUCK FOX ANYWAY!!!):
And almost on every page, where is the news about Coretta Scott King:
Right Here ------> Coretta Scott King Dies
If you can see it.
For GODS sake, this is NOT a person to be pushed aside or buried under nonsense. This is NOT a BLACK issue it is an HUMANITARIAN ISSUE.
Taking a cue from one of the only news sources that is taking the time for this IMPORTANT and REAL NEWS STORY (The Atlanta-Constitution Journal):
Cortetta Scott King Dies
*Portrait of Coretta King: 'She's at peace now'
By ERNIE SUGGS
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 02/01/06
With her husband dead from an assassin's bullet in Memphis and not yet buried, Coretta Scott King served notice that her husband's place at the front of the movement would not go unfilled.
The Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. had been in Memphis supporting a strike of mostly black sanitation workers when he died April 4, 1968. A day before his funeral, a calm and dignified Coretta Scott King marched at the head of a column of 50,000 silent workers and supporters.
"How many men must die before we can really have a free and true and peaceful society," she asked that day. "How long will it take?"
It was clear that although the civil rights movement's towering figure was gone, in his shadow had toiled a figure every bit as strong, every bit as committed, every bit as courageous — and every bit as ready to pursue our awakening on race and social justice.
A coterie of the movement's leaders had always known the minister's wife was capable of this — and more — but the wider world was only beginning to learn.
"I think Coretta Scott King is the quintessential woman that has been far underrated in terms of her contributions," the Rev. Al Sharpton said Tuesday. "People talk about Dr. King, but it was Dr. King and Coretta King. When they bombed the house, it was Coretta's house. She was home. He wasn't even there.
King died in her sleep late Monday in Rosarito Beach, Mexico. She was 78.
King's rise to the leadership of her husband's movement did not surprise those who knew her well. Her résumé read like a laundry list of a person born to prominence — even as she exemplified the virtuous wife-and-mother expected from women of her generation.
Before she married the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., the Alabama-born Coretta Scott had established herself as a politically and socially conscious young woman.
She left the segregated South to study at elite universities in Ohio and Boston, where she became an anti-war activist who rallied fellow students against violence and other causes.
She was a delegate to a political convention and an accomplished classical singer, who marched alongside her husband and sang to raise money for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, the organization he co-founded.
After her husband's death in 1968, King founded the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change and led the fight to make her husband's birthday a national holiday.

In reference to Mrs. King’s death and the lack of news coverage, my Mom said to me, “I am saddened by this.”
So am I .

Sign the ADDRESS THE NEGLECTED TRUTH Petition
Urge Legislators to ADDRESS THE NEGLECTED TRUTH About Women and AIDS
Did you know that the annual number of estimated AIDS diagnoses increased 15X more among women than men and that women are dying at twice the rate of men? Why is that and what is being done to save and improve women’s lives?
The Ms. Foundation for Women has issued a 10-Point Call-to-Action to address the inadequacies in treatment, access to medical services and economic support systems fueling the HIV/AIDS crisis among women.
We, the undersigned, support the Ms. Foundation for Women’s Call-to-Action Plan to save and improve the lives of women with HIV/AIDS by urging lawmakers to pass legislation which will:
1. Allocate 25% of all Ryan White CARE Act funds across all titles to community-based organizations that currently and historically have been led by and for HIV-positive women.
2. Expand representation on local Ryan White Planning Councils and other decision-making bodies to include women living with HIV/AIDS.
3. Increase funding for medications that treat AIDS-related illness such as medication-induced diabetes.
4. Increase funding for microbicide research and development of tools that enable women to protect themselves without relying on the cooperation of others.
5. Provide access to both HIV-related and non-HIV specialty care for women living with HIV/AIDS.
6. Provide funding for research into how HIV affects women.
7. Fund research on woman-to-woman transmission of HIV.
8. Provide greater access to health care for women and children, including medical care with unlimited OB-GYN services.
9. Promote economic stability through educational and vocational training.
10. Ensure that all data collection methods (Ryan White and CDC) encompass HIV as well as AIDS incidences to benefit women living with HIV/AIDS.
